Impact Advisors Mexico seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who blends software, cloud engineering, and data science to work directly with clients, owning strategy and implementation. You will build large-scale LLM and agentic workflows and deploy them securely within clients' organizations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design scalable data pipelines, optimize model performance, and ensure production readiness while staying current with AI advances.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 2+ years building and shipping LLM applications in production.
• 2+ years in client-facing technical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Innovate and Deploy: Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
• Build Agentic Workflows: Architect LLM systems that connect to tools, data sources, and APIs.
• Design for Security: Assess and reduce attack surface of LLM apps with guardrails and monitoring.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize and Scale: Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize model performance.
• Lead and Learn: Stay current with ML/AI developments and participate in code reviews.
• Impact: Monitor deployed models to ensure continuous value delivery.
