Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong experience building solutions powered by Large Language Models and conversational AI platforms. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI‑driven applications, including chatbots and intelligent workflows leveraging modern AI interfaces such as OpenAI and Claude.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to create scalable AI solutions that improve user experiences and support business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience integrating and working with modern AI platforms and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered applications using Large Language Models.
• Build and optimize chatbots and conversational AI solutions for business and operational use cases.
• Integrate and work with AI platforms and interfaces such as OpenAI and Claude.
• Develop scalable backend logic and workflows that support AI‑driven interactions and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate and improve AI response quality, reliability, and overall user experience.
• Implement testing and validation processes to ensure AI solutions operate consistently and effectively.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI integrations, performance, and operational behavior.
• Contribute to architectural and technical discussions related to AI strategy and implementation.
• Document AI workflows, integrations, and technical processes to support maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience working with Large Language Models.
• Experience designing and implementing chatbots or conversational AI solutions.
• Practical experience integrating with OpenAI APIs, Claude APIs, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI‑driven workflows, prompt interactions, and conversational design concepts.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable backend services supporting AI applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in evolving AI‑focused environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI usage monitoring, token consumption tracking, or cost optimization.
• Familiarity with retrieval‑based AI workflows or knowledge‑driven chatbot implementations.
• Experience working with cloud‑based AI or distributed systems environments.
