Arkham Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Senior AI Engineer who will own the systems powering our in-platform AI applications and the internal agentic frameworks used across the development lifecycle.

You’ll design backend services, APIs, and scalable infrastructure, ship end-to-end solutions, monitor production systems, and drive reliability, latency, and cost improvements while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to shape Arkham’s AI architecture.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 2+ years designing and building backend systems (APIs, databases, asynchronous workflows).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, version control, and code reviews.
• Experience building reliable services with clear observability, error handling, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to own systems from technical design through deployment and production maintenance.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into practical technical decisions and working software.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve Arkham’s in-platform LLM application to help enterprise users explore data, perform analysis, and inform business decisions.
• Develop internal agentic frameworks and tools that support code development, testing, review, and CI pipelines.
• Design backend services, APIs, and infrastructure that support AI applications and agent execution.
• Build agentic workflows with tool integration, state management, and failure recovery.
• Establish evaluations and automated testing to measure quality and prevent regressions.
• Own deployment, monitoring, debugging, and ongoing improvement of production systems.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost across models, tools, and backend services.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to define technical approaches and reusable patterns.
