AlertMedia is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead evaluation, training, and integration of advanced AI/ML models across our risk intelligence platform. You will guide model selection, fine-tuning, and responsible deployment, collaborating with product and security teams in a fast-paced environment from Mexico.

You’ll shape AI strategy and deliver scalable solutions using open-source and commercial models.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/CE or related).
• 5+ years software engineering experience, Python preferred.
• 4+ years data science or ML engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and traditional ML methods.
• Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Train and fine-tune supervised learning models for internal tools and product features.
• Lead prompt engineering and testing for LLM behavior across the product suite.
• Design and implement evaluation pipelines for LLMs and ML models.
• Work with Elasticsearch-backed data systems powering AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI features safely and scalably.
