Genesys is seeking a Sr Application Developer, Integrations in Mexico (Virtual Office) to design and own cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora, and Workday. You will leverage AWS services to move data securely, design APIs, and enable AI-enabled workflows with Bedrock and SageMaker.

You will work with finance, sales, and platform teams, applying IaC practices and implementing robust error handling and observability.

Formación

• 5+ years building cloud-based integration solutions with AWS.
• Experience designing REST APIs and API-led integrations.
• Hands-on with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zuora, or Workday.
• Knowledge of security, IAM, and API authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora, Workday using AWS services.
• Own integration solutions end to end with data mappings and error handling.
• Develop serverless infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Improve platform resilience with logging, monitoring, and tracing.
• Enable AI-enabled integrations using Bedrock, SageMaker, and related services.
• Collaborate with platform, data, finance, and application teams.
