Genesys in Mexico (Remote) is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to own the design and delivery of production-grade automation across RPA, browser automation, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.

You will influence architecture, set engineering standards, and mentor teammates while collaborating with IT, engineering, and business units to apply Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms for reliable and scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in automation engineering or related field with production experience
• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with production-ready coding ability
• Hands-on with RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or UiPath
• Design resilient automation systems with retry, observability and recovery

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of complex automation systems for scale
• Define engineering standards for code, tests, deployment and documentation
• Lead design reviews, assess risks and dependencies before major investments
• Modernize RPA portfolio using Playwright, API-native automation, or AI-driven approaches
• Design AI-integrated, multi-step agentic workflows with cost-consciousness
