BairesDev is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to influence the architecture of an enterprise AI assistant used across multiple functions. You will stay hands-on in code, shaping orchestration, retrieval strategies, and evaluation methods for an agentic AI platform.

You’ll work with distributed teams, contribute to multi-agent design, and help implement robust evaluation and data handling across diverse data sources.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python required for production systems.
• Experience with agentic/LLM platforms in production environments.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience designing LLM evaluation strategies and datasets.
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) over sources.
• Frontend familiarity with React and TypeScript.
• Strong background in distributed systems, REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to architecture decisions for enterprise-scale AI platform.
• Design multi-agent orchestration, including skill invocation and routing.
• Support retrieval strategy across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop and evolve evaluation harness for AI system behavior.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and guide technical decisions.
