Argano is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile software delivery teams. You will plan, execute, and close projects using Scrum, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll work with stakeholders and senior management to drive high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and excellent communication across cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering value to clients on time.

Formación

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile PM.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering software projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for agile development teams.
• Lead one or multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Define scope and deliverables based on SOW; create detailed project plans.
• Maintain Budget Tracker to ensure spend aligns with plan.
• Build and manage project teams; foster collaboration and communication.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure quality standards and implement QA processes.
• Present project status, milestones, issues, and risks.
