Panthorix is seeking an experienced project manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the development team across multiple software projects. You will ensure clear priority setting each sprint and maintain transparent status updates for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking scope and risks, translating business needs into user stories, and reporting progress to clients and internal teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of software project management experience.
• Real experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish; intermediate-advanced English.
• Ability to renegotiate scope without damaging client relationships.
• Comfortable reading technical tickets.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile ceremonies for assigned projects.
• Track scope, timelines, and project risks.
• Be the main client contact during execution.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories.
• Report progress regularly to clients and internally.
