Argano in Mexico City is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead medium to complex enterprise projects using Agile Scrum. You will organize teams, define scope, create detailed plans, and manage budgets to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

You will partner with stakeholders and senior management, drive risk mitigation, quality assurance, and transparent status reporting, while guiding teams through Scrum ceremonies and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise projects with agile methods.
• Experience with risk management and quality reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum.
• Define scope and deliverables; create detailed project plans with timelines.
• Maintain budget trackers and manage resources across projects.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
