Aurora Energy Research in Mexico City, Mexico is seeking a Senior Advisory Associate to lead and deliver strategic advisory projects for clients across the energy transition. You will guide teams, synthesize analysis, and present actionable insights to senior decision-makers.

Successful candidates will mentor teams, grow into industry experts under directors, and collaborate closely with clients from top consultancies, energy firms, and finance institutions to shape policy and business strategy.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience at a major consultancy, energy company, financial services company, or knowledge-focused firm.
• Degree in a relevant quantitative field with outstanding GPA.
• Demonstrated success in project and process management in a team.
• Ability to interpret and derive insight from complex quantitative data.
• Clear communication with technically and non-technically minded people.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow the business.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Written and spoken fluency in Spanish (C2 level).
