You will grow into an industry expert under experienced directors and engage with clients through Aurora conferences and workshops.

Competenze

• At least 3 years from a top-tier consultancy, energy company, or knowledge-focused firm.
• Degree in a quantitative field with strong academic record.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage processes.
• Strong aptitude to interpret complex data and generate insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starting mindset and interest in growing the business.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
