Aurora Energy Research seeks a Business Development Associate based in Mexico City to join our LATAM sales team. You will sell our energy market forecast products and services, engage potential clients, and help manage accounts to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and research teams, develop client outreach, prepare proposals, and support onboarding after deals close, with opportunities for regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Support sales prospecting and research across assigned markets.
• Assist in managing sales pipeline data in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Prepare client-facing materials, including presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate introductory calls, demos, and follow-up meetings.
• Track sales activities and report on lead progress and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams to align messaging.
• Support client onboarding after deals close.
• Assist in developing long-term market outlook with research team.
