Yanfeng is seeking a maintenance analyst to perform audits of North American plant maintenance departments for PM accuracy and content, and to assist in creating PM tasks and schedules. The role provides daily technical support for EAM software and seeks to optimize PM processes across multiple plants.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience with EAM and automotive equipment, be proficient in MS Office, and willing to travel to customer sites and plants within North America.

Responsabilidades

Essential Functions of Job

Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities

Must live in Mexico within a 1‑hour drive of any YF Interiors plant.

• Perform audits of North American plant maintenance departments for PM accuracy, content, spare parts, and manpower per the North America Maintenance audit standard.
• Assist the AME team and plant teams in creating new PM tasks and schedules for equipment in YF plants.
• Provide day‑to‑day plant technical support related to EAM software.
• Optimize EAM PMs to improve labor hours in the maintenance department.
• Monitor weekly maintenance KPIs for all plants in NA.
• Implement continuous improvement changes to software and reports to meet operational needs.
• Troubleshoot software problems and coordinate with IT for resolution.
• Transfer and scrap equipment in the software as needed for plants.
• Cross‑train to support equipment & spare parts inventory software and related projects as needed.
• Perform tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support NA operations as assigned by the manager, including installation and launch of new programs and equipment in plants and NA operations plant recovery support.
• Assist NA plant operations during critical equipment downtime events if needed.

Specific Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Area of Study: Mechanical and/or Electrical.
• Equivalent work experience may also be considered.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience using EAM.
• 3–5 years of experience with automotive equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants that may require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of procedures to maintain automotive production and facilities equipment.
• Understanding of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Understanding of assembly equipment used to assemble products.
• Hands‑on maintenance experience with automotive equipment.
• Experience in equipment project management from cradle to grave.
• Thorough understanding of Hexagon EAM 12.0 Software.

Work Environment

• Office environment; exposure to hot or cold temperatures.
• Often exposed to distracting sounds and noisy conditions.
• May frequent manufacturing plants and must follow all rules while visiting locations.

EHS and Quality Requirements

• EHS Management Systems certification required for people leaders and above.
• High‑risk equipment technicians/operators must be certified before operating (e.g., forklift, overhead crane).
• High‑risk activity technicians/operators (electrician, welding) must meet specific EHS qualifications and legal requirements.
• Quality professionals and managers above require certification as specified by the QMS (e.g., IATF16949).
