Yanfeng is seeking a maintenance analyst to perform audits of North American plant maintenance departments for PM accuracy and content, and to assist in creating PM tasks and schedules. The role provides daily technical support for EAM software and seeks to optimize PM processes across multiple plants.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience with EAM and automotive equipment, be proficient in MS Office, and willing to travel to customer sites and plants within North America.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience using EAM could be required.
• 3–5 years of experience with automotive equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Audit North American plant maintenance departments for PM accuracy, content, spare parts, and manpower as per NA maintenance audit standard.
• Assist in creating new PM tasks and schedules for equipment in YF plants.
• Provide day-to-day plant technical support related to EAM software.
• Optimize EAM PMs to improve labor hours in maintenance.
• Monitor weekly maintenance KPIs for all NA plants.
• Implement continuous improvement changes to software and reports to meet operational needs.
