Yanfeng is seeking a maintenance analytics and EAM specialist to lead audits of North American plant maintenance departments and optimize PM schedules across facilities. The role requires hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM and to collaborate with AME teams to implement new PM tasks for equipment.

The ideal candidate will provide technical EAM support, monitor weekly KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with IT for resolution of software issues while handling equipment transfers

Formación

• 3-5 minimum years of experience using EAM.
• 3-5 minimum years of experience with automotive equipment & facilities maintenance, preferably with plastic injection molding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs audits of North American Plants maintenance departments for PM accuracy, PM content, spare parts, manpower, etc. as defined by NA maintenance audit standard.
• Aids AME team and plant teams in creation of new PM tasks and PM schedules for new and existing equipment inside YF plants.
• Performs day-to-day plant technical support related to EAM software.
• Optimizes EAM PMs to improve labour hours in maintenance department.
• Monitors weekly maintenance KPIs for all plants in NA.
• Performs continuous improvement changes to software and reports to meet operational needs.
• Troubles shoots software problems and works with IT to obtain resolution.
• Transfers and scraps equipment in the software as needed for plants.
• Is cross trained to support equipment and spare parts crib inventory software and related projects as needed.
• Performs tasks and projects as assigned by manager.

Owns maintenance and Hexagon EAM software systems for Mexico. Performs plant maintenance audits to ensure that all YF plant maintenance departments are operating as efficiently as possible, staffing is adequate, and maintenance is being performed correctly on the YF equipment by the plant maintenance teams. Leads Hexagon EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) maintenance management software for the North America. Including all day-to-day support, software training, continuous improvement, and trouble shooting. Supports North American plant operations with various projects as assigned by manager.

• Lives in MX within 1 hours drive of any YF interiors plant

Qualifications:

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience using EAM

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Automotive Equipment & Facilities Maintenance Preferably With Plastic Injection Molding Experience
