Stellantis Financial Services in Toluca seeks a maintenance specialist to lead the safety, energy, environmental and quality standards compliance while ensuring high equipment availability and productivity within the maintenance program.

You will focus on developing specialists, applying new technologies, and coordinating with production to implement countermeasures and cost controls. The role requires strong experience in automotive maintenance.

Formación

• Experience in automotive maintenance leadership.
• Familiarity with safety, energy, environmental and quality standards.
• Experience applying maintenance domain methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Control maintenance planning and assign activity execution via TMS.
• Track OPE and perform corrective actions to improve.
• Analyze degradation patterns to define optimal replacement cycles.
• Manage countermeasures from SEWO analysis and verify SMAT audits.
• Coordinate with production for autonomous maintenance and cost management.

Lead maintenance activities to build our product with excellent quality and a high availability to accomplish delivery and productivity based on the maintenance program comply and improvement, within the cost and savings targets, focus on specialist development and their safe and healthy, working through health and safety protocols. Using the Maintenance Domain Methodology

1 Strategic

• To control the maintenance planning and who executes each activity (TMS).To assure projects to reduce maintenance cost (Steps 4 & 5) are applied to all similar equipment. 33.30
• Responsible to perform opportunistic maintenance activities during regular shifts and prepare maintenance materials and tools
• Best practices implementation according to the new technologies

2 Operational

• To track the OPE to perform corrective actions to improve. Analysis of EWO to find root cause and assure proper countermeasures. Comply environmental checklist & reports. 33.30
• To analyze the degradation pattern of the components to define the optimum replacement cycle. To collaborate with Production supervisor to assure autonomous maintenance activities.
• manage activities and assure completion of countermeasures from SEWO analysis. Analyze and participate during SEWO to define proper countermeasure. Compile SMAT audit. Verify and assure actions completion from SMAT audit. To assure proper segregation.

3 Resource Management

Other Functions

Control the maintenance planning and who executes each activity. In case the correction is not finish during his shift, he coordinates to continue in the following shifts, select and develop the maintenance skill trades to interevent in a corrective or preventive activity.

To manage cost related to machine. To manage the correct flow of Spare Parts Management. To update in TMS (Total Maintenance System) the cost related to daily operation. To track the costs of daily operation and maintenance requisition orders (MRO).

Verify and assure the accomplishment of quality maintenance activities.Define and assure calibration of critical equipment. Supervision for basic conditions of the equipment.

To assure the MP Info creation related to his area.To assure the proper skills of his employees according to new technology at the plant.Certification of new technologies according to EEM checklist.

To perform risk assessment and evaluation for his team daily operations. Green cruize & Heinrich piramid update. Manage preventive medical visits. Consult and schedule medical visits in the system.
