Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4 to 7 years progressive work related experience.
• Experience with process and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft, 10 Key & MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process team to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Coach, train, and review team performance.
• Process complex transactions, queries, and reports.
• Oversee vendor relations and external agency compliance.
• System administration: updates, new location setup, changes.
• Hire/discipline/salary decisions; advise on staffing actions.
