Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals.
• Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial records and assist with reporting.
• Support month-end close processes and variance analysis.
• Prepare management, operational, and regulatory reports.
• Review and validate accounting impacts from system or process changes.
• Support supplier setup and maintenance.
• Review invoices for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
• Respond to supplier and employee inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Prepare operational metrics and reporting.
• Participate in testing activities and special projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
