Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico seeks a Senior Account Manager to own end-to-end business and lifecycle management for Reman Air System products, including aftertreatment, air compressors, and air starters. You will build strong internal and external partnerships and drive profitability.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, proficiency in English, and willingness to travel up to 20%. This position is based in-office at the Nuevo Laredo facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient English level.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• Aftertreatment experience and knowledge of related systems.
• NPI and supply chain knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Work in-office five days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage NPI projects across key Reman product areas.
• Oversee lifecycle management for Reman Air System products.
• Maintain internal partner relationships and external supplier relationships.
• Drive pricing, core and inventory management strategies.
• Ensure PF compliance with enterprise procedures and product line strategies.
• Meet full-year profit commitments and manage costs through seeding and stocking decisions.
• Support quality through targeted project support and issue escalations.
