Caterpillar Remanufacturing is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Nuevo Laredo, Mexico facility. You will own end-to-end business and lifecycle management for Reman Air System Products, including aftertreatment, air compressors, and air starters.

Build internal and external relationships to deliver value and sustainability. You will manage NPI growth, pricing, inventory, and supplier terms, while driving cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient English level.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex projects with strong business acumen.
• Aftertreatment experience and knowledge of related systems.
• NPI experience and knowledge of supply chain processes, including aftermarket inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relations.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for supplier and facility visits; in-office five days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage NPI projects across key Reman product areas, including aftertreatment and air systems.
• Ensure PF compliance with enterprise procedures and product line strategies.
• Drive PF product and supplier strategies with Purchasing and favorable contract terms.
• Lead lifecycle management including pricing, core, and inventory management.
• Drive P&L to meet full-year profit commitments (ABP, S&OP, RBM) and manage costs.
• Support quality through targeted project support, issue inquiry, and escalations as needed.
