Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico invites a Senior Account Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle management for Reman Air System Products, including aftertreatment, air compressors, and air starters, and to build strong internal and supplier relationships.

The role requires strategic NPI oversight, P&L responsibility, and collaboration with Purchasing and PSLD to drive value, pricing, inventory, and core management across the Reman portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and deliver results.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across levels.
• Negotiation and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• P&L awareness and ability to influence pricing and cost optimization.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage NPI projects across Reman product areas.
• Oversee Reman Air System products including aftertreatment and air compressors.
• Drive Pf compliance and supplier strategies to optimize pricing, core, and inventory.
• Lead enterprise collaboration with Purchasing and PSLD for lifecycle management.
• Manage P&L to meet full-year profit commitments and drive efficiency.
• Support quality through targeted project support and escalation when needed.
