Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Security Assistant Manager to lead security operations, ensure guest and employee safety, and enhance on-site risk management. The role requires overseeing officers, implementing health and safety programs, and coordinating emergency response efforts in a luxury hotel setting.

Formación

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a Luxury Hotel.
• Self-driven and strategic security professional.
• Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience managing Health and Safety programs.
• CPR First Aid certification.
• Experience with security investigations.
• Experience with physical security equipment and engineering infrastructure.
• Ability to document incidents objectively and write comprehensive reports.
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain a Health and Safety Management system including maintaining safety statements, risk assessments and appropriate training.
• Schedule, discipline and direct security personnel in all aspects of security policies and procedures.
• Take an active role in the development and implementation of the property's fire and emergency plan, Fire and Emergency Response preparedness plan and all related training including conducting regular fire drills.
• Set-up documentation process for all incidents occurring in the Residences in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities and insurance requirements; and in documenting such activities remain objective and write comprehensive reports. Advise and recommend a wide variety of control measures appropriate to the incident or event.
• Guide employees in the handling of unusual resident or employee issues, such as, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, suicides, bomb threats, employee or homeowner accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance and natural disasters.
• Control and maintain the order of systems, including but not limited to the CCTV, access control system, alarm system and fire protection system and establish escalation plan for systems faults and issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond properly to all types of emergency or safety situation.
• Ability to manage and supervise the day to day security employees of the property and to ensure the safety and security of all residents, employees, personnel and the property.

The Security Assistant Manager is a leader that has the capability and responsibility to support officers, supervisors to mitigate any risk into the property, help to keep the safety and wellbeing of guests, homeowners, colleagues and all individuals into the property. Prevention will be always the best resource to archive goals and mission .

Knowledge and Skills

• At least 2~3 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel.
• Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
• Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Managing a Health and Safety program
• Prior experience in supporting business strategy including the promotion of security-based sales/value add to operational programs
• Prior experience in CPR, First Aid, firefighting and crowd management
• Prior experience with security investigations
• Prior experience with physical security equipment and engineering infrastructure
• Experience reporting, investigating, and documenting work-related accidents and incidents including guest and employee loss in an objective and comprehensive manner.
• CPR certified (certified trainer preferred).
• A passion for teaching and training staff is preferred.
