Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a dedicated Security Agent to safeguard employees, guests, visitors, and property. You will communicate effectively with guests and staff while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities include protecting confidential information, knowing fire safety equipment, and assisting in emergencies. The role requires a minimum of one year in security, Spanish fluency, and Mexico work authorization.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the security field.
• Spanish proficiency and valid work authorization in Mexico.
• Technical knowledge in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations, hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response.

Be You

The Security Agent is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security of employees, hotel guests, visitors, and residents, as well as safeguarding their property. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and employees.

Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Security field required .
• Luxury hospitality experience (Preferred).
• Technical knowledge and certifications in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations, hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response.
• This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanish proficiency is essential.

Master Your Craft

• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the Security Department, guests, employees, and all hotel property.
• Become familiar with the hotel's fire safety equipment in order to respond quickly to any emergency.
• Handle all interactions with employees and guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve guest complaints; assist guests and employees with all inquiries related to hotel services.
