Kronia Technologies Inc. in Mexico seeks a Scrum Master - Kanban / Product Delivery to enable cross-functional tech initiatives, including AI and SAP-based products. You will guide delivery, improve flow, and help shift from project to product operating models.

You will run Kanban ceremonies, manage WIP and backlog health, and collaborate with business SMEs and tech teams to ensure transparent progress and reliable delivery metrics.

Formación

• Proven Scrum Master with Kanban delivery experience across enterprise tech.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in complex programs.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate day-to-day Kanban delivery, maintain momentum and flow.
• Lead stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and workshops with clear outcomes.
• Manage backlog health, WIP limits, and prioritization across teams.
• Coordinate dependencies across enterprise products and data integrations.
• Maintain Jira backlog discipline and support UAT in a continuous-flow setup.
