EXL, a leader in digital transformation, seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to head a cross-functional pod delivering high-impact digital products with predictable cadence, quality, and business value. You will drive ceremonies, backlog health, and delivery metrics in a hybrid Mexico City/Toluca setting, aligning with Product Owner and engineering leads.

Formación

• 7+ years in agile delivery environments, including 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or POD Lead.
• English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2/C1 preferred).
• Proven experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise programs.
• Strong command of Scrum/Kanban and cross-team dependency management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Drive sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Track and improve delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability).
• Remove blockers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with architecture, operations, security, and governance functions.
