Creative Software International in Tijuana, BC, Mexico is seeking a Mid Scrum Master to grow our enterprise-grade software development team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing software teams, deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and strong communication skills. This role requires leadership in all Scrum ceremonies, conversational English, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years managing software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Conversational English.

Responsabilidades
