Kronia Technologies Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master – Workday to lead Agile delivery across Workday initiatives within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

The role focuses on enabling high-performing Agile teams, driving Scrum practices, and partnering with Product Owners and technical leaders to deliver business value. Strong Workday knowledge and servant leadership are essential for guiding complex enterprise initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile software delivery teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Workday implementations, configuration, development, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and Lean practices.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Agile planning, backlog management, sprint execution, and release planning.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical leadership.
• Experience using Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, or Lucid.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve Scrum adoption, team collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
• Partner with Product Owners and technical leaders to prioritize work, refine backlogs, and maximize business value.
• Support Agile estimation activities using Story Points, T-shirt Sizing, and other estimation techniques.
• Assist with roadmap planning, release planning, and cross‑functional delivery coordination.
• Remove impediments and proactively resolve risks affecting team productivity and delivery timelines.
• Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and Lean principles across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities, objectives, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor Agile metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased team performance.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives by facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and promoting Agile awareness.
• Foster collaboration between Workday functional, technical, and business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
