Hunter Douglas, a global leader in window coverings, seeks a SAP Solutions Specialist for its North American division with focus on SAP S/4 HANA and related logistics modules.

You will collaborate with IT and business users to analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions across LE, TM, ShipERP and related modules. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Strong SAP S/4 HANA functional knowledge.
• Experience with SAP LE, TM, ShipERP and related SAP modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business processes and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with IT teams to analyze business requirements and implement SAP solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support and optimize SAP S/4 HANA, SAP LE, TM, ShipERP and related modules.
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of solutions.
• Provide functional and technical support to business users and project teams.
• Partner with developers and end users to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Develop deep knowledge of business processes, systems and operational procedures.
• Support user training and continuous education programs.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Follow IT methodologies, communicate project updates and maintain status reporting.
