Syntax is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will design, configure, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution processes while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and process automation.

Formación

• Proven experience as SAP SD OTC consultant in enterprise environments.
• End-to-end OTC experience with SAP modules (SD, OTC, billing).
• Strong SD core functionality knowledge: sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit mgmt.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project lifecycles in consulting or managed services.
• Familiarity with automation opportunities and AI-enabled transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support SAP SD OTC solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze current-state processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve order management, pricing, billing, and delivery.
• Support integration points across SAP modules and connected systems.
• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Contribute to business process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist testing cycles including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Document functional designs, flows, and decisions clearly.
• Collaborate to identify automation, analytics, and AI-enabled enhancements in OTC.
