Cognizant in Mexico invites you to join as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist supporting a major client. You will design architectures, models, and workflows, enabling seamless data exchange and marketing automation across Salesforce platforms.

Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement scalable data models for advanced segmentation and analytics. We offer ongoing training, career growth, and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Solid experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Solid experience in Salesforce WebServices.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end functional architectures across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless integration of customer data and campaign workflows.
• Define functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce WebServices integrations that enable secure data exchange between enterprise systems and Salesforce platforms.
• Configure scalable data models within Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud that support segmentation, personalization, and analytics for marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinate with technical architects and development teams to ensure designs are feasible, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Design end to end functional architectures across Salesforce Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless integration of customer data and campaign workflows.
• Define functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce WebServices integrations that enable secure and reliable data exchange between enterprise systems and Salesforce platforms.
• Configure scalable data models within Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud that support advanced segmentation personalization and analytics for marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinate with technical architects and development teams to ensure that functional designs are feasible maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
