Cognizant Mexico is seeking a hands-on Salesforce leader to lead and manage the support and enhancement of the customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on configuration, development, and governance across the platform, ensuring performance, security and user satisfaction.

The position is hybrid, located in CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro, and requires advanced English. You will mentor teams, drive DevOps practices, and partner with business to deliver scalable solutions.

Formación

• Salesforce expertise with managerial duties and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security model, data architecture, and integration patterns; advanced English.

Candidate should be hands on and is expected to lead and manage the support and enhancement of customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning Web Components (LWC), DevOps, development, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across the platform.

Qualifications:

• Having strong experience in salesforce.com and managerial duties.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
