Cognizant invites you to join as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to support our client projects, contributing to a dynamic, growth-focused environment and global opportunities. You will design end-to-end architectures across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, define requirements for WebServices integrations, and configure scalable data models for marketing and sales teams.

• Solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Solid experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Solid experience in Salesforce WebServices.

Responsabilidades

• Design end to end functional architectures across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless integration of customer data and campaign workflows.
• Define functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce WebServices integrations that enable secure and reliable data exchange between enterprise systems and Salesforce platforms.
• Configure scalable data models within Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud that support advanced segmentation personalization and analytics for marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinate with technical architects and development teams to ensure that functional designs are feasible maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
