Capgemini seeks a Salesforce Developer (L2 Production Support Analyst) to provide production support and ongoing maintenance for Salesforce apps, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum.

The role focuses on hands-on development, security configurations, and maintaining platform reliability to support business continuity.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce, and Salesforce security.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 production support for Salesforce apps across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to recurring issues.
• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security configurations.
• Monitor application health and proactively identify potential risks or performance issues.
• Support deployments, enhancements, and system maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in production support and on-call rotations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
