Accenture Monterrey is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support/Developer to monitor, analyze, and enhance Salesforce solutions ensuring smooth business operations and effective customer engagement.

Responsibilities include developing with Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality applications following Salesforce best practices.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Development, Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows.
• Experience with production support, debugging, and deployments in Salesforce ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permissions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Salesforce application support by monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure stable business operations.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solution enhancements.
• Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release validation to ensure quality.
