Accenture is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional for a Salesforce Support / Developer role in Monterrey, Mexico. The position focuses on monitoring, supporting, analyzing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions to ensure smooth operations and strong customer engagement.

You will develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, while collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Platform Development and Apex.
Proficiency in Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
Experience in Salesforce Flows, Admin, and Production Support.
Strong English communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

Provide Salesforce application support and issue resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement requirements.
Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Flows.
Perform testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
Create and maintain deployment procedures and knowledge articles.
Investigate production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Support continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.
