Accenture México is seeking a Salesforce Support / Developer to monitor, tailor, and optimize Salesforce solutions across the business. You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools to ensure reliable operations and great customer engagement.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, production support, and adherence to best practices, with advanced English required for collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development, administration, and production support.
• Advanced English communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Salesforce monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and support to ensure stable operations.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and support solution enhancements.
• Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release validation to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical and support documentation, including knowledge articles, design documents, and deployment procedures.
• Manage and resolve production incidents, participate in root-cause analysis, and recommend preventive improvements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to problem-solving discussions and continuous optimization of Salesforce applications.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Support the continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions based on evolving business and technical requirements.
