Reuters is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Applications Support in Mexico City, a hybrid role. You will lead a global SRE/technical support team delivering reliable infrastructure and application operations for Salesforce-based systems, CPQ, and related platforms.

You will partner with product and security teams to drive operational readiness, governance, and continuous improvement while coaching staff and promoting AI-enabled efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development or technology infrastructure and operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CS or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver on a vision.
• Broad understanding of CRM core knowledge, Salesforce architecture and related tech.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for a global technology team delivering 24x7 infrastructure and application operations.
• Partner with development teams to ensure operational readiness for new apps and features.
• Collaborate with business, product, and project stakeholders to define roadmaps for applications and processes.
• Drive continual service improvement, productivity, and reliability, meeting SLAs.
• Lead complex initiatives such as large-scale upgrades and ensure compliance and documentation.
