You will partner with development teams, define roadmaps, and push continuous service improvements while ensuring security, compliance, and high-quality support. Qualifications

• 7+ years of tech/infra experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CS or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Certinia is a plus.
• Strong Salesforce admin & technical knowledge including config, customization, automation, and data mgmt.
• Experience with DevOps processes and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a global tech team delivering 24x7 ops.
• Ensure reliable infrastructure and application operations per SLAs.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Drive continual service improvement and adopt AI-enabled tools responsibly.
• Lead large-scale upgrades and compliance activities.
• Coach and mentor staff; budget involvement; promote learning culture.
