Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Software Engineer Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) with a strong focus on integration development to join our Mexico City team in a hybrid role. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that support sales operations and customer-facing platforms, leveraging fullstack abilities and Salesforce expertise.

Lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and influence architectural decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years software development with 4+ years in fullstack roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration and Security.
Experience with Salesforce 360, flows, and OAuth 2.0-based authentication.
Strong back-end skills in Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with API design, REST, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with MuleSoft and enterprise integrations.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Cloud platforms and deployment pipelines, Git, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable fullstack applications.
Onboard customers by integrating data sources with internal platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to define requirements.
Write clean, well-documented code across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Contribute to architectural evolution and tooling.
Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrations.
Work with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Agentforce, and integrations.
