Salesforce, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Salesforce Tech Engineer for Integration SMTS to lead design and development of scalable integration-focused applications.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product and other teams to deliver robust solutions. The role emphasizes strong fullstack abilities, Salesforce platform experience, and hands-on API integration across enterprise systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in software development, 4+ years in a fullstack role.
• Salesforce configuration and security expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce 360 apps, flows, and integration.
• OAuth 2.0 and Bearer token authorization mastery.
• Java Spring Boot, Python Django, Node.js experience.
• RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Heroku/AWS/GCP).
• MuleSoft integration patterns and API design experience.
• Relational/NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• CI/CD, Git, deployment pipelines; Agile methods.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable fullstack apps.
• Onboard customers by integrating data sources with platforms.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to define requirements.
• Write clean, well-documented code across stack and databases.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to architectural evolution and tooling.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Stay updated on technologies and propose new tools/frameworks.
• Work with Salesforce, including Apex, and integrations.
