Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and customize our CRM environment. You will configure users, enforce data governance, build reports, and automate processes to support business goals.

You will work with data, security settings, and UI customization, ensuring smooth operations for users across the organization. Strong communication in English is essential in our global, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting users and maintaining Salesforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data management, user administration, reports, and system functionality.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data integrity, and CRM data governance principles.
• Hands-on experience working within a Salesforce org, either as an administrator or advanced end user, with a good understanding of platform capabilities.
• Professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal business settings.

Responsibilities

• Create user accounts, reset passwords, assign permissions, and deactivate users when they leave.
• Import data, deduplicate, back up data, and set validation rules to maintain data quality.
• Create new fields/objects with proper authorization and avoid technical debt.
• Adjust UI elements and page layouts to meet business needs.
• Manage data visibility through profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
• Create automated workflows and approval processes.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to track goals.
• Train employees and troubleshoot daily Salesforce issues.
