Golabs Tech is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own day-to-day configuration, customization, and health of our Salesforce environment in Mexico City. This hands-on role partners with Sales, Service and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will contribute to best practices, process improvements, user support, and ongoing Salesforce ecosystem development while mentoring junior admins and supporting governance.

Formación

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration in a senior/lead role.
  • ADM 201 certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model and sharing rules.
  • Experience with declarative automation: Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
  • Experience deploying changes via Change Sets.
  • Proficient with SOQL/SOSL and Data Loader/Salesforce Inspector.

  • Support UAT, release management and Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Mentor junior admins and promote governance best practices.

Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day configuration, customization, and health of our Salesforce environment. This is a hands-on role where you will partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Operations to translate business requirements into scalable and well-governed Salesforce solutions.

You will also contribute to platform best practices, process improvements, user support, and the ongoing development of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Build and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Create and manage Custom Objects, Fields, Tabs, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Manage Salesforce security settings, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Manage data migration and data quality using Data Loader, Import/Export Wizard, and Salesforce Inspector.
  • Write and troubleshoot SOQL/SOSL queries and support data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Manage sandbox environments and deployments using Change Sets.
  • Monitor system performance, storage limits, and overall platform health.
  • Manage users, onboarding/offboarding, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
  • Support third-party integrations and APIs while maintaining data integrity across connected systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support UAT, release management, go-live activities, and Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Mentor junior administrators and contribute to Salesforce governance best practices.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including experience in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Proven experience with declarative automation tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience managing Salesforce environments and deploying changes using Change Sets.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; Service Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components.
  • Exposure to Salesforce integrations and API-based third-party application connections.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior Salesforce administrators.
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange applications.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, UAT, and release management.
