Lenovo in Monterrey is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist assigned sales representatives in growing and managing the territory, support presales activities, and respond to post-sales questions.

You will own end-to-end back-end operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, verify credit limits, and process quotes and orders. We value proactive, organized individuals with strong English and Excel/PowerPoint skills who can work under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required or in progress.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and oral.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned territory.
• Support presales activities and respond to post sales questions.
• E2E ownership and troubleshooting assistance of back-end operational matters raised by the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience within assigned territory.
• Verify credit limits through Accounts Receivable and support resolution of overdue invoices and credit issues.
• Accurately process customer transactions (quotes and sales orders).
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Help develop top-quality procedures and control checkpoints to proactively find errors and gaps.
