Job summary

Alfa Laval in Mexico is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team, delivering commercial and operational support to regional distribution partners and internal stakeholders across Latin America. You will manage inquiries, resolve complex requests, and ensure timely support via our digital platforms.

You will play a key role in strengthening our sales channels and improving customer experience while ensuring efficient regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, administration, logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years in order support, customer support, e-commerce operations, or sales support in B2B.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide order management and commercial support to distributors, integrators, system builders and other channel partners in Latin America.
• Handle customer inquiries, tickets, complaints, and non-standard order requests with timely, high-quality responses.
• Support order-related activities including logistics follow-up, invoicing inquiries, and export control requirements.
• Manage Alfa Laval e-commerce platforms and provide basic product guidance, coordinating with technical specialists when needed.
• Conduct virtual trainings for distributors and partner order handlers to boost tool usage and knowledge.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers, Sales, Finance and Logistics to resolve customer needs efficiently.
