Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a recent technical degree graduate to join Milwaukee Tool’s Leadership Development Program.

You will work under the Regional Sales Manager to implement marketing and sales plans at branch locations, engaging top professional end users and building strong relationships across assigned markets. The role covers in-store merchandising, product demonstrations, and collaboration with distributors to expand product lines and drive share.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a technical or engineering bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and sales plans at branch locations for large accounts.
• Manage in-store merchandising, displays, and planograms per brand standards.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer engagement to drive sales.
• Support distributor visits and provide technical/commercial backing.
• Develop penetration plans for end users and grow portfolio opportunities.
• Report progress and opportunities to leadership.
