Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sales Training Specialist II to support learning experiences that improve key competencies across the sales function and drive behavior changes. This role sits within the Sales Training team responsible for enhancing and executing training solutions that impact the Milwaukee Sales Organization.

The specialist will assist with product training, onboarding, and early career experiences, collaborating with SMEs and project teams to design and deploy effective training

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with a content management system (CRM, Wrike, LMS).
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support critical training programs for the Milwaukee Sales Organization, focused on product training, onboarding, and early career experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions.
• Facilitate and/or lead courseload of sales training, including New Hire Jump Start, Red Culture Weeks, and train-the-trainer events.
• Represent Sales Training on key project teams.
• Partner with SMEs across functions to support design and deployment of training solutions based on business needs.
• Supports needs analyses for key audiences.
• Supports learning plans and content in the Learning Management System.
