Milwaukee Tool, a part of Techtronic Industries, seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to strengthen our supplier network by developing manufacturing capabilities, improving performance, and ensuring readiness to support growth.

The role serves as a liaison across Procurement, SQE, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Planning, leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance capability, capacity, quality, and delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing, supplier development, or related engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, and maturity.
• Validate supplier readiness for new product launches and changes.
• Identify constraints and develop supplier capability roadmaps.
• Lead supplier recovery and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Improve supplier delivery, quality, and productivity.
• Evaluate capacity against future demand and support localization.
