Imperative Logistics is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support cross-border and domestic sales activities, coordinating quotes, tracking RFPs, and ensuring timely customer communication. The role anchors the sales operations, enabling reps to focus on growth and strategic accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics or 3PL, with strong organizational skills and experience in cross-border trade.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL environments.
• Strong understanding of cross-border operations (U.S.–Mexico preferred).
• Experience coordinating pricing or commercial quotes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish required; English preferred).
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate quote requests with internal pricing teams (cross-border, air, ocean, domestic).
• Track pricing turnaround times and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver complete, accurate, and competitive quotes to customers.
• Maintain quote log and structured follow-up cadence to support close rate.
