Fusion Worldwide’s Guadalajara office is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support the sales team with order entry, CRM updates, market research, and general admin tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to the sales process and room to grow within a global company.

You will collaborate with sales reps, manage part numbers and codes, track performance metrics, and prepare materials for customer meetings.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a support role and desire to facilitate sales and admin operations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to our sales team.
• Enter requirements and sales orders into our CRM system and communicate with sales reps on needs.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Prepare for customer meetings/calls by updating presentations and gathering materials.
• Conduct lead generation, qualification and market research as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the office.
